Rodney Young

Warehouse Operations Manager

Rodney joined our team in September of 2011 as our facilities Warehouse Operational Manager. He specializes in OSHA safety regulations, fleet management and daily operations.

Rodney attended Penn State University obtaining a Bachelors degree in Sociology. While at Penn State he was involved with "Manrrs" (Minorities in Agriculture and Natural Resources and Related Sciences) where he held Region 1 Undergrad Vice Presidency. Prior to joining us Rodney worked for a smaller Electronics Recycling company and spent 3yrs as their Operations Manager where had extensive exposure to Data Destruction and Electronic Recycling.

He worked 4 yrs with the USDA/NRCS as a Soil Conservationist based out of Harrisburg Pa which he helped local farmers by drawing up plans to help conserve there farmland and assist with educating them on current Natural Resource Management practices.

Rodney a born and raised country boy has always had a passion for the outdoors which is why you can find him Fishing, Hunting, and riding ATVs in his spare time. With that, his passion for preserving our beautiful outdoors drives him to explore all ideas especially in Electronic Recycling to help future generations have the opportunity to experience the same pristine outdoor adventure as he has.
