Robert founded Capitol Asset Recovery Inc directly out of a University of Maryland marketing Business major in 1987. Initially the company was involved with data processing equipment but as the PC took predominance the company followed suit and redirected their efforts to meet the growing market. Over the years he has dealt with just about every type of IT equipment produced along with a wide variety of other types of equipment including test and measurement, printing, data communications along with the specialists in the field involved with repair and remarketing.
